Clearwater HR refers to HR Professionals that work with us as Members. A very popular and overused phrase in HR is “get your seat at the table”. This is easier said than done, and in all cases will involve more than just administrative work or core HR activities. Clearwater HR was built and designed with the “more” in mind.
Isolated HR Professionals do not have the benefit of working in large departments where their skills can be developed under the watchful eye of a more experienced HR leader. When a HR Professional is in a department of one or two, they more than likely have not had the opportunity to witness how to become impactful to a business. With the mentorship and guidance of an HRE, the isolated HR Professional will learn how to be the “impact player”.
The HRE will help identify new opportunities within the business, suggest ways of improving existing processes, and assist in the development of programs and projects. Beyond HR, the HRE works with their Members and coaches them on how to be the expert in their Company on all matters related to the people. With the HRE’s assistance, Members hopefully will become a key player in their company and sought out for their advice.
