Clearwater HR was inspired by the work of one of its founding Partners. This Partner had built two successful HR Outsourcing companies. During this time, it became apparent an unsupported market for the isolated HR Professional existed. These HR Professionals were not getting the exposure to top level and value added HR practices. Clearwater HR’s sole purpose is to bridge this skill gap.
Today Clearwater HR uses a round table approach to provide mentorship and training for the HR Professional (Member). We refer to the leaders of each roundtable as Human Resources Executives (HRE). The HRE has usually had a career in multiple industries and has been a business leader in their department and or company. Beyond the roundtable, the HRE works with its Members on site to develop and hone critical skills, provide HR value to the Company, and implement value added HR projects.
Clearwater HR’s philosophy is built around value added projects, and teaching Member’s how to be impactful in their businesses. Administrative and core HR duties are simply the HR Professional’s day to day job. For an HR Professional to be effective and impactful, they must add value to the business. Value is added effectively through projects and partnering with business leaders. Examples of HR projects include change initiatives, redesigning and organizational structure, succession planning and many more. The HRE works with each of its Members and Member Company to determine, develop, and implement HR projects.
