Clearwater HR is a mentoring and consulting company designed to elevate the capabilities of Human Resources professionals and departments in general, at the small and mid-sized companies in Texas. We bring a three prong approach to developing the skills of Human Resources professionals. These include: Monthly round table meetings, one-on-one mentoring, and project based HR solutions. As a result, participating HR Professionals gain skills, confidence, and strategies on how to be even more of a value-add member of the company as a whole. In turn, the Company moves the Human Resources function, previously designed to administer policy and react to issues, to a department that helps the business become even better at utilizing their people resources.
Project based HR is a term that Clearwater HR believes describes how HR can add value to a business. Hiring, employee issues, and administration is what HR does day to day. However, for HR to have an impact on a business, it must develop and execute needed programs/projects, in addition to the day to day work. Clearwater HR believes that HR professionals must have the ability to understand a business and always be on the lookout for how to solve business issues though people programs and projects. Through Clearwater HR’s approach, the HR professional will gain excellent exposure and building on existing leadership characteristics.
With the Clearwater HR business model, the client HR Professional is assigned to a thoroughly experienced Human Resources Executive (HRE) to mentor and work with them. The HRE not only mentors, but also works alongside the HR professional on a weekly and monthly basis, allowing the HR professional to see first hand the HRE’s approach and the “why” behind the HR. Clearwater HR’s process allows the HR professional to get the large company experience, and the company benefits from a higher functioning internal HR professional.
